1. Being personal. Using you and I to build relationships and inspire trust.
2. Giving benefits and not solutions. You’re trying to sell something. Selling something persuasively focuses on the benefit to the customer or client. What’s in it for them?
3. Making the information visually attractive and easy to read. Use bullet points, short paragraphs and concise text.
